My adjustable frame broke after 6 years. Sent warranty form Jan 6. Told I would hear in 3 to 5 days. After ten I tried calling. Held on for an hour 3 times for 3 consecutive days. E mailed again. Told I would hear in
5 days. Still waiting. Cannot get a human being on phone. Will try tomorrow. Maybe Better Business Burea would be the way to go.
I ordered pillows during Black Friday event. They shipped two, sent me an email 6 weeks later that the others were being shipped, never got a tracking number, and then they said delivered. I never received them. Spent hours, as in about 24, trying to get this resolved. finally got someone on the phone who said they have not shipped, and reordered them to be shipped two weeks ago. Still haven't gotten them. Been charged in full for one month. I have now been on hold for 1 hour 45 minutes. Can't understand this. Someone needs to answer the phone.

Hi My name is Bainy Thomas, I want talk about my recent experience with Trmpuropedic, very stressful. Never imagine it was going to be such stressful, I ordered Tempuropedic Matress online. They delivered my mattress on January 5, but that delivery was awful. The delivery persons drag the mattress through the floor and got a dirty mattress and they could not go up on my second floor so they left the mattress on my living room floor!!! Reaching the cystomer service was the worse thing, had to be on the phone for 1 to 2 hrs!!! Someway I had contacted the customer care and they give me a return ticket. The delivery people took the mattress from my home in January 26/2021. I have proof for everything. But the problem is they never refund my money for the mattress. I am contacting wells frago which is the financial bank and they are telling me that they have no information from the Tempuropedic. They are keep on sending me the bill. I have to file a dispute with the bank account and till this date no refund from Tempuropedic. What a stressful situation. Like I said it is a mission to contact the customer service through the phone. Even though I contacted them through the live chat but nobody can explain me what is going on!!!! How irresponsible!!! With this difficult situation I have this problem to solve. I want to know if anybody have such experience with Tempuropedic and if anybody can suggest what should I do next... because Tempuropedic is not giving me an answer!! ? I don’t know what to do??? It is been almost 5 months now!!!!
Horrible, horrible customer service. We received a damaged topper and then a second damaged one. When they told us there were no returns on toppers, we decided to upgrade to their cool topper and were overcharged a total of $700! Since January '21, we have waited on the phone for countless hours, get bounced back and forth to different people and departments. You cannot reach the same person ever and you can't contact by email. It's now the end of May and we've yet to receive our full refund! Beware
I will never purchase anything from Tempur-pedic or would recommend them to others. I’ve never experienced poor customer service from a company that is supposed to care for your comfort. Their rigid ‘zero waste’ policy and lack of concern for their customers is appalling. I recently bought two of the same type of pillow (thinking I would like it so much). However, I ended up not using the 2nd pillow (unboxed/unused) with the hope of having it returned or replaced with something more comfortable. Well, my mistake! They were not accommodating, bounced me around and the last person I spoke to was very cold and could care less about my concerns. These pillows are very pricey.. and I hope this company changes their rigid guidelines (esp for items that were never opened/used!) or could at least work on improving their customer service. Honestly, this company is all about taking your money. I’m out!
Terrible company, we cancelled our order going on two months and have yet to receive our refund. They keep telling us it has been processed and the money refunded which is a total lie. We have sought legal action on Tempurpedic. Worst company ever.
Ordered a Tempurpedic mattress topper on the website never received a shipping confirmation email so I had no tracking info and no idea the damn thing was coming .UPS left it outside my door 3 days later while I'm at work and of course it got stolen.They are supposedly gonna replace it and made another order but from what I'm seeing from these reviews I'll believe it when I see it.What company doesn't send the customer a shipping confirmation???
It took them 3 weeks to process my warranty application. I've called them multiple times, waited for a callback for anywhere from 2-6 hours, and then given the runaround when providing them with all the information requested each time. They told me a manager would call me back, which never happened. Each time I call them I spoke to a different person who had little knowledge of my previous correspondence. Reps are corteous but seem to be purposefully not helpful and purposefully delay you from redeeming your warranty.
Customer service never, ever, ever answers the phone. I tried contacting through the website and got an email back directing to the phone number that they never answer. I'm 54 years old and this company has the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They make my cable company look good.
The leg extenders for my bed or delivered on January 11th the bed base was to be replaced approximately 7 to 10 days after that after being on hold for an hour and a half they now tell me there's a problem and I need to speak to a different person stay away from this company they want to sell you a but they don't want to take care of their crappy equipment
I’m very happy with my mattress. I bought the Pro Adapt Firm and the adjustable bed. The adjustable bed has a retainer bar that is supposed to help to keep the mattress on place, avoiding to slide out the base when the mattress is raised. We also love all the features on the adjustable bed, however, this retainer bar does not lock in place, and when it comes out of the hole it sits on the fabric of the adjustable bed.
I called their customer service, had to wait 1h and 10 minutes, but gave up. Called next day, waited 1h 45 minutes until I was able to get a hold of someone, explained the issue, they scheduled a technician to come to our house on 02/11/2021, but he never showed up, or called us. Contacted customer service by email a few times, and have not heard back with a solution, only “I’m sorry that happened to you, but you can contact our customer service, blá blá blá ????. No wonder they have 1.7 for reviews here. Wow!!! COVID-19 is not an excuse either, nowadays we are all doing things remotely. What a rip off.

I am stilled owed a refund from a mattress exchange in November. I have called several times and was told the refund had been processed. I have currently been on hold for over an hour.
